I come here a lot, sometimes multiple times a day, everyone inside are great, Hunter, Desmond, Kyle, Nicole, Don, Doug,Bob and Ted, all super helpful and super cool, Rick and Chris are also great. I recommend them to anyone doing home improvement projects.

Chris G. is the most helpful and professional person we have worked with. For any company anywhere! He has gone above and beyond his duties to make sure we have the best experience with Modern Builders Supply. We received the wrong size product--partly our fault, partly because we received bad info from a former local rep of the brand of product we were purchasing. No fault of MBS--and Chris has done everything in his power to make sure we are taken care of and the exchange is going as smooth and economical as possible. Great to see Modern Builders is hiring top notch quality humans to work for them. Ones that care! Our transaction is not even completed, but I can already tell Chris is on it!
