Rooter Right Plumbing & Drain

Horrible company, just trying to steal your money DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I just wrote a review telling my story and now alll of a sudden it’s gone???? Someone clearly deleted it lol MR. ROOTER IS JUST TRYING TO GET TAKE YOUR MONEY and what gets me is, Gary and his team straight up lied to our face about the problem we had when the guys seem so genuine and caring. THANK GOD I LISTENED TO MY GUT AND GOT A 2nd QUOTE!!To make a long story short, mr. Rooter quoted us 4000$ for this “huge project “. All we needed was our septic tank emptied!!! My hubby and I are 1st time home owners so we don’t know a ton about plumbing and put our trust in them. Gary also said straight to my face, “ya no most plumbers will just try to take your money without fixing the problem so I’m glad our company is doing the work.” Yeah, okay Gary…????

Conner fixed an ongoing leak issue in my bathroom yesterday. He found the issue, which took time, and fixed the leak, installed my toilet, and finished connecting the pipes to my garbage disposal. The previous plumber I used (different company) did a half job and left me in the lurch.
