I had a great experience with this company. They had a service tech at my house within a reasonable time. The service tech was courteous, polite, and professional. He was dedicated to my plumbing issue, and resolved the issue within an hour or so. The cost of the services was very reasonable and ultimately I am a very happy customer, therefore I gave 5 stars.
Rory and Shawn did great work on our house today! They were transparent and answered all of our crazy questions! They also went above and beyond to help us diagnose a couple other plumbing issues! Very personable and eager to help with anything! Thanks again Rory and Shawn!
Called around to get quotes to clean a kitchen sink drain. All were at least a day away from being able to come. Roto Rooter said they could be there in 20 minutes. They were more expensive but most responsive and eager for my business. Roy and Daniel did awesome.
