Crown installed my furnace, ac, and some ductwork several years ago. I received quotes from several companies and Crown was very competitive in terms of pricing.They have done the yearly maintenance since then and are always professional, polite, on time, and never had a problem. And with the yearly maintenance package, if we ever do have a problem we jump toward the front of the line. Thank you Crown for your many years of wonderful service. Crown heating and cooling installed a hvac system in my house in 2020 and just 3 years later the gas lines they installed are leaking and they won't stand behind they're work because the warranty was only good for one year. The fire department told my wife the levels were lethal. I don't suggest this company to anyone. I was told on the phone this is normal and I would need to pay them to fix they're mistake.

This was my first time using Crown or any HVAC company. Spencer came exactly on time to do regular heating and AC check /maintenance. He was very thorough, professional and responsive to questions. He found a pipe was not nailed down correctly and was probably allowing harmful gasses in the basement and he fixed it. Made another repair to keep my systems running smooothly. He was there for 2 hours and supplied a detailed list of all aspects of maintenance he performed, and I think it was a very fair price for all he did. The scheduler was also responsive, friendly and accommodating
