Logan Services A/C, Heat & Plumbing

My experience engaging with Logan AC & Heating was great from start to finish. Travis & Soon arrived 30 minutes prior to appointment time, they were kind, very knowledgeable, updated me throughout the process of install and went above in beyond to fix a couple of things for me in order to ensure I had good quality outcomes! I appreciate how they worked well together, their communication, and ensuring all my questions were answered. If you are considering having services rendered through Logan, I highly recommend and request Travis and Soon for your install. My comfort consultant Steven was phenomenal as well and he ensured from a pricing perspective that I was getting the best bang for my buck! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I gave Logan AC and Heat Services five stars and if I could, would give them 10 more. My salesman Ty was awesome, he answered all my questions, explained everything fully in terms that I, the dumb layman could understand. He was patient, courteous and very informative. I will also rave about Kyle and Jake my service technician team that did the install. They were just as courteous and both patient with my questions and thorough and informative in answering those questions. And last but definitely not least is Matt who came and cleaned all my ductwork. I was having some thermostat issues that morning he was able to help me out by explaining what I was doing wrong and instructing me on how to continue using the thermostat properly. He was also very efficient and did a great job. Please know that I am very grateful that everyone I have had to deal with at Logan, including the girls on the office phones. Investments in a complete HVAC replacement are expensive and stressful. Logan was professional and the easiest to work with than the other four companies that quoted the project. The sales team was easy to work with and very professional. No pressure sales! The installation team was professional and on task and fixed all of the issues that were installed wrong by the previous company. Highly recommended Logan A/C and Heating Services.
