Darryl is fantastic. He is honest, fair, and there's nothing he can't fix! I am under contract to sell my house and gave him a call on Friday to fix some minor repairs from the appraisal report so we could close the next week. He came out the same day and found that a pipe had burst in the ceiling above one of the bathrooms overnight because someone had turned the furnace off in the middle of winter! He quickly assessed the damage and started making repairs. He worked through the weekend and completed the work like new along with the repairs for the appraiser by Tuesday. The work was great and his pricing was more than fair. Thanks to Darryl and CADA Solutions it looks like we'll still be on track to close this week.
