They didn't do the work that we agreed too. Contract was for new roof and new plywood only did tear off and reshingled. They agreed to giving me a refund on the plywood but haven't seen any money. They were fast to charge my credit card but very slow to give me a refund. Service: Roof installation
Shane came by and looked at the work that needed to be completed. He came back the next day and got on the roof with 4" then came down and said that a smaller down spouts would be better. Well to make a really long story short,Shane was here 5 times and my gutters still leak! Service: Gutter installation
Total Exterior added a small roof (with recessed lighting) spanning a man door and 2 garage doors. The roof turned out exactly as planned. The new roof matches the style of the house and looks like it was always there. The project took a bit longer than it should have, but the result met expectations.
