They didn't do the work that we agreed too. Contract was for new roof and new plywood only did tear off and reshingled. They agreed to giving me a refund on the plywood but haven't seen any money. They were fast to charge my credit card but very slow to give me a refund. Service: Roof installation

I found this company through Angie’s list when I had an emergency roof repair. They came out and fixed our problem, it took 2 trips to stop the leak. When we were paying the person who worked there, we asked for an estimate to repair and enclose our porch and I made the mistake of hiring them on spot and made a down payment. They came out and measured everything and told us things were ordered. All this started in May. After many complaints to the company they sent someone on the week of July 4th. He tore the old porch off. We were hopeful something would be done. Some time in September I heard from someone at the company who actually cared about the customer, Jenna. I feel she is the only reason this job was done right. The first person who came to fix our rear roof apparently pocketed the money for that job. Jenna made sure to keep me posted, the job was completed in November. With Jenna’s watchful eye, the standard of the work was reliable. When ice clogged everything it leaked and
