Thank you to Jackwoods plumbing who responded quickly to my call about water in my basement. I know they are usually booked far ahead, but he was able to send someone out quickly to take care of the problem. Matt and Mike did a great job. I’ve used Jackwoods for years and believe they’re the best around.
Wow! Called Jack L Woods Plumbing Co Inc with an issue and to set up an apt. The gentleman (Jim) who answered the phone provided me with a possible [Simple] solution for us to try on our own; It worked and we didn't need to have their plumber come out to the house. Fantastic customer services and we really appreciate it! We'll use their services in the future!
Very pleased with the service I received. Our hot water tank needed replaced and they were able to give me a ballpark estimate over the phone. The final pricing came in below budget. I give them high ratings in communication, timeliness and pricing. I would recommend them to everyone. ☆☆☆☆☆
