Brandon was the service technician. Prior to his arrival, I received a notification that he was on his way, and he arrived at the scheduled time. He invited me to stay with him as he worked so that he could explain what he was doing, and be able to answer any questions I might have. That made the experience even better. Wyoming air has come to our rescue several times since moving into our older home! They’ve always been more than fair and willing to repair vs. replace whenever possible. When our air conditioner gave out shortly after moving in, they put in more work than expected to help us use our home warranty coverage and recently came immediately when our furnace needed repair. We have been really impressed with Wyoming Air. They not only helped us make the right financial decisions for our current situations with no judgement, but they are kind and professional. When we needed our AC fully replaced, they were having supply chain issues (just like everyone at the time) and they couldn’t install it for a couple of weeks. When they heard I had a six-month-old son at home, they actually had some guys volunteer to come out on their day off to install it. I wasn’t even charged extra (though we DID TIP THEM! Don’t take this kind of kindness for granted!) Every single person we have talked to has been on time, very kind, and has helped us maintain our systems. I never feel nickle-and-dimed.
