Very impressed with this company. I've had experiences with other local electrical businesses that weren't good, so was dreading what I might get with these guys. What I got was a prompt response, thoughtful consideration of the things that I needed, knowledgeable discussion and recommendations (thanks, Rick!) and then work done at a reasonable price in a timely, professional manner by John, who put in long hours and worked hard to make sure everything was satisfactory. He met several challenges with this older home, and managed it all with great aplomb. Work included several outlet upgrades, some new outlets and conduits, fixing some former wiring issues, and working with both knob and tube and newer wiring. I felt they understood what was wrong and what was needed and how to fix it. Everything was done respectfully and professionally, and I really appreciate that. Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. The sales rep, Adam, explained the transfer switch installation very well. The electrician/tech, Isaac….was beyond amazing. Very respectful, timely, great communication, and excellent workmanship. Isaac also tested the transfer switch with my generator and it worked perfectly. I’ve No more worries when it comes to power outages! Isaac is THE BEST!!!! Great price as well!!! Highly recommended!!!
