I am very pleased with Gulu Electrical. Their service technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand. They have a person answering the phone, not a computer menu system. Ken Dirocco came to my home and gave me a quote on the work. He listened to me and took the time to understand what I wanted done. Received a written quote from the office the next day. They do excellent work. I will use them again. We have known the Gulu’s for years (as we assist in their marketing and branding endeavors for Gulu Electrical Contractors). Recently we needed an electrician ourselves for a hot tub, outdoor lighting and video monitoring so we called Gulu to assist in this endeavor. We first spoke with Ken about this project and he came up with the best solutions and the end result was better than expected! This place upgraded my panel to 220 cause it would help my issue.....yes not so much. Still having the same problems I had prior to the 2300 I forked out, but they did a great job on what they did. But I feel the work they did was just for money cause now when I call and talk to the lady making an appointment, she always says someone will call you in the next few days. No calls back, I have called them 3 times to have work done after I spent 2300 bucks for something I still have the same issues I had before. Thank you Gulu for nothing!! I dont recommend them to fix a problem, but they certainly will do work you dont need and tell you it will help the problem. Crooks!!!
