M.P. Vivo Heating & Air Conditioning

M.P. Vivo is a top-notch, class-act Heating and Air Conditioning contractor. Last year I purchased a 1920s house with a furnace/AC system from the late 1970s. I had issues with the AC immediately after it passed all inspections for the home purchase. Luckily I made it through winter with the furnace, but it was time to swap the system. Mike Vivo took the time to view my house and recommend the absolute best bang for my buck system and to "make it right." No upselling, no gimmicks. He also explained why "the way they did it back then" needed to be updated to make the new efficient system perform at it's best, and now have maintenance issues down the road. When other contractors gave me quotes, I felt I would just be getting new pieces of equipment to replace the old. This is delayed from about a month ago. My 23 yr old system quick during some extreme temperatures. Mike dispatched his tech out but unfortunately the system could not be repaired. Mike quoted me a price for ac and furnace that I thought was more than fair and that matched the size of the house, compared to the previous units.The units arrived in a few days and the techs were here to install the units. They were very professional. They removed the old unit. Installed new and cleaned up so that you never knew they where here. Thank you Mike and your crew. Amazing job.
