Whirlwind is a top notch, honest, local company. I would never hesitate to recommend them to family or friends. Our home had an old roof when we moved in. We had experienced some some other roofing companies that didn’t meet our expectations, so when a friend referred us to Whirlwind we gave them a call. That very same day they came out to repair a leak. A few years passed and they had been by a few other times making repairs to help me stretch out the life of the old roof. Then, in May 2022 we experienced a hailstorm that left considerable damage. At first, our homeowners insurance denied our claim, but their expertise in that area helped to appeal that denial, and our claim was approved! That was such a weight off of our shoulders. I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to praising this company and the family who own and run it. Dave and Adam came to our rescue after we had experienced some bad roofing work on our home. The time they spent explaining how roofing works, to the finished product was nothing but kindness, experience and organization. When they came to do the work everyone was involved. The work was organized, Dave and Adam were on the roof watching and helping as the crew installed our new roof. Not only did they take care of us as the homeowners but they also took care of their crew with having water ready, bathroom facilities and all the materials needed and some for “just in case” we run into an issue as the roof was installed. Replacing our roof under insurance was stressful, but Dave, Brooke, and Adam wouldn't let our insurance company's denial discourage them from getting our claim approved. They worked to get another adjuster out for a re-inspection and pointed out the items the first adjuster missed. Because of Whirlwind Roofing, we were able to replace the roof with a Class 3 hail resistant roof so we hopefully won't have to go through that again! It lowered our insurance premium, too!
