We just had our entire HVAC system and ductwork changed out both upstairs and downstairs and they did an amazing job. From the Sales Rep. Stephen to the installers Devon and Grant. We couldn't have asked or hoped for them to have done a better job! No stress or pressure tactics. Answered all questions. Always prompt, friendly, and courteous. I'm not going to lie. It wasn't cheap but I do know it was done correctly and with care. Thanks again for such a positive experience! There were several steps and several workers involved. We asked for A/C to be checked, technician came out, said we needed new air conditioner. Met with Jay, great guy, very helpful, professional, helped us pick out best deal. Took 2 days to install, great guys doing the work. Brian came out to check over the job. Very thorough. We signed up for the yearly maintenance plan and we are already impressed with the level of service. We had used a couple of different companies in the past and they didn't seem to resolve our issues. Rico came out and showed us that the services we had paid for weren't being done appropriately or at all. He made sure to take care of our entire cooling system and even made sure to show us how to properly utilize our thermostat. 10 out of 10, would recommend!
