We signed up for the yearly maintenance plan and we are already impressed with the level of service. We had used a couple of different companies in the past and they didn't seem to resolve our issues. Rico came out and showed us that the services we had paid for weren't being done appropriately or at all. He made sure to take care of our entire cooling system and even made sure to show us how to properly utilize our thermostat. 10 out of 10, would recommend! Make sure you check around for prices when installing a new electric hot water heater. Mine went bad just before the July 4th holiday. I let the service agent know I was a total electric home and the repair specialist arrived with a gas model. I live 42 miles away from the AA facility. He offered to go back to Broken Arrow and pick up the electric heater. I asked what this was going to cost. The installer quoted me a price for over $3,000. I called my local plumber and he quoted me a price of $1,088. Air Assurance charged me $99 dollars for showing up and bringing the wrong heater. Their installer said “I would take that deal” What a price gouge Air Assurance. Three times more is unreasonable!
