I wanted to like this company but I was incredibly disappointed. BEWARE! Their techs get a commission off the sales of new AC units (maybe other products too?) so when the tech came to fix my units he barely looked them over and told me they both needed to be replaced because they were both over 10 years old, "But don't worry. We offer great financing options." I told him one was only 4-5 years old, but he argued with me about it until I was able to give him proof. At that point he had lost credibility and I decided to have him leave. I did some research and found out they do in fact get paid a commission for the sale of new AC units. So of course they're not going to want to fix units! If they can sell new ones and make more money, why would they? Totally unethical business practices.
Our entire experience has been so good. Paul came to do the assessment and put together a quote, and actually gave us 3 quotes. The unit, the unit + snugging up our existing duct work, and the unit ± whole all new duct work. He was very thorough and professional, he explained with pictures and answered questions to where we felt comfortable with our decision to only replace the unit at this time. The installer was David , and his helper(I don't remember his name) also did a great job and was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. It has been raining, and they wore booties while in the house and were very polite. David showed everything they had done and explained it as he went through the process. The experience was awesome, and would/will recommend Air Assurance without question or hesitation.
There were several steps and several workers involved. We asked for A/C to be checked, technician came out, said we needed new air conditioner. Met with Jay, great guy, very helpful, professional, helped us pick out best deal. Took 2 days to install, great guys doing the work. Brian came out to check over the job. Very thorough.
