The guys from ECS came by to install an outlet for my backup portable generator and setup my circuits so I can easily transfer over to emergency power. They were very professional and took the time to explain how it would all work if/when I need backup power for my important devices. When it's time to invest in a Generac full home backup, I'll be calling them.
I called because I had a small melted wire in my basement. They came out the next day and spent a few hours doing a thorough analysis. It turned out I needed a bunch of work done. They offered a few different levels of packages for various budgets. They came back the next week, spent all day Tuesday and a few hours on Friday.
