These guys are the absolute definition of pro’s. I use them commercially for work on a weekly basis. Cody & Junior go above and beyond every time to complete the job. We will never use Phoenix Plumbing again. We needed a toilet reset, which was done incorrectly and the toilet now leaks at the base. He did not caulk all the way around the toilet base although he was supposed to. He was later arriving than he claimed to be for the billed time. His helper spilled water down the hallway on our carpet. He did clean it up, but then he included the cleaning time in the time he billed us for as work time. He sat in his truck to figure up our bill and also included that time as work time. We now have to get another plumbing company to fix his mistakes. (Really it is zero stars from us but I had to leave one so this would post.)

Was surprised by the bill. Charged for 2 1/2 hours when only here 2. High charges for supplies. Will not use again. Tech took down wrong cc security code so charges were declined. Owner was upset as was I. Their other reviews look good which is why I chose them. Was called a liar for saying tech was only here 2 hours. Get price before using this firm.
