We purchased a brand new 25 ton package unit from Airco. Immediately after Airco installed the unit it seemed to struggle cooling the building. Airco checked the Trane unit and determined that it appeared to be low on refrigerant (typical). After 3 unit swaps (yes 3 unit swaps) we still were never able to get Airco to fix the problem. After spending almost $30k with them, our warranty expired on the unit along with the desire to have them continue attempting to fix what we thought was a defective unit from the start. Blue Hill was referred to us by a friend. The owner (Mr Hill) came out personally to troubleshoot the nature of our problem. Within 15 to 20 mins of conversing with us and testing the system, he determined that the unit was not low on refrigerant but actually overcharged.
