We had such an odd electrical issue. After talking to an electrician friend who couldn't figure out what was happening, we decided to hire someone to come look at it. Shanks showed up on time, figured the issue out in less than 2 hours, fixed it and made sure the same issue couldn't happen again. They were friendly, reasonable, and cleaned up after themselves. I can't imagine having a better experience!!!
