Dave came out the day after heavy rain and fixed two leaks we had seen the day before. He spent a good 30-45 minutes looking, including getting into the attic to track down where the water damage was and potential culprits. The Best Service I could ask for. I would give them 5 Star rating. They did roof inspection, roof repair, roof vent replacement, fence repair and replacement, storm gutter repairs, outside paint, windows replacement etc. Inspections were made by Joel multiple times while the work was going on to ensure everything was done right. Indeed an Excellent and very high quality work was done on my house and I am very satisfied. Joel responded to all my questions and queries in time. Prices were reasonable. While I did not end up choosing Heartland Roofing for my gutter install project, I am writing a review because I wanted to highlight Heartland Roofing's honesty. I was in the process of getting quotes to get gutters installed, and had sent David a copy of a quote + sketches from another company. The company was running a promotion at the time, so they were able to give a discount on their prices for this period. David admitted it was a good deal and even complimented them on their preparation work (detailed sketches, line items broken down, etc). I have no doubt that Heartland Roofing is a trustworthy company, so they will be my first call in the future for any concerns specifically regarding roofing.
