I have an older home which has had numerous plumbing issues. I have used VIP Plumbing for several years. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate them a 10+. Their technicians are nice, friendly, mannerly young men. They are also very good at their job. I have never had to have them come back out on any job they have ever worked for me. The technician I had yesterday was Junior Ramsey. He was the perfect technician. So easy to talk to. He answered all my questions with a smile. Impeccable manners also. He told me what problem I had, how much it would cost to repair it, and approximately how long it would take. After I said yes he got busy and worked extremely hard till he completed the job. Junior showed up within an hour of calling after a hot water tank leak. He was very nice to work with, showed up on time, and he was very patient while we got things (out of his control) situated before a new tank could be installed.
