My regular AC guy was booked a week out. Called Innovative based on a friend's recommendation. Caleb came out within a couple of hours. Tested everything, found the problem quick, fixed it, and checked my system for any other problems! Very pleased with Caleb and Innovative, definitely would recommend to family and friends! These guys did a fantastic job!! They were quick to respond after I made the service request online, even though it was 10:00 at night, and they were able to get me scheduled for the next day. The technician, Ryan, was awesome. He knew right away what the problem was and got it fixed with no problems. I also really appreciate the fact that he showed me pictures of everything he checked outside, and he gave me several options for pricing when it came time for that. Although I hope I don’t need to call them anytime soon, these guys will be my new go to for heating and A/C from now on. Service: A/C system repair

Just want to give a shout-out and big thumbs-up to Innovative Air Pros, Inc. in Jenks. We wanted an energy-efficient solution to getting heat/ac in an addition to the house; they came out, reviewed our wants and needs, and then suggested options and made recommendations. Once they arrived to do the job, the guys worked together like a well-oiled machine and they finished in less than a day! They also cleaned everything up before they left!
