Had the pleasure of meeting Randy today when our A/C unit went out. Very professional and friendly. Randy explained every step in the process and explained why things were not working. My mom's ac quit working, and most said it would be the next day before they could get out. Called price right just as they were setting down for dinner, came over right away and had the ac up and going within an hour. Very personable company. Even after hours. We ended up loosing our AC and after calling a few different companies they were the only ones who could make it same day. They diagnosed our issue and gave us a price quote for a new compressor. We called them back the next day and they were able to get out quickly to install it. Over the past week or so it would randomly blow warm air. They came back out to figure it that it was a starter. He went to his shop and got a part to fix it again for us. He didnt charge us anythng to come back out!
