Very professional and timely! I ended up not having just a routine tuneup. Don, the technician figured out the issue and got the ac up and running cold air quickly. Looked over everything and not just the issue, which I greatly appreciate because other companies I’ve dealt with, only do one thing at a time and it’s costly. *Plus, Don was very nice to my puppies that pretty much whined the whole time. Edgar Montoya did a wonderful job this morning. I greatly appreciate the personal phone call before arriving with a ETA. Edgar was respectful and informative about what he did showing pictures. He also took the time to speak with my husband via cell phone explaining what he found and did to try to correct the issue.

Super unprofessional. I called and asked if they carried a part and it turned to a supervisor saying I didn’t trust my previous AC co. (Who I HIGHLY recommend) because I was calling them. I need a part my guy doesn’t carry. They refuse to tell me if they even have the part in stock without coming out first with a $121 trip fee. I totally understand needing to diagnose before doing work but there’s no need for part availability to be a secret. I was willing to pay all fees and simply wanted to know if the part was available or not so I could choose a company appropriately since we’ve been without AC for days.
