I highly recommend Zach and his team at Chance Roofing Solutions. They were very responsive and went above and beyond throughout the entire process from meeting the roof inspector, helping us understand the insurance process, and taking extra pictures of things insurance missed. They were prompt and very detailed. Also, during installation they went extra with the ice/water shield and upgraded vents. We would definitely use them again. We had our roof replaced by Chance Roofing Solutions, Zach and Angela went above and beyond of what we expected from a roofing company. They was on time and kept us updated with the job with many pictures of what was going on. We have had a small leak around the fireplace above patio and have tried many different solutions and nothing worked until Zach’s team got ahold it. Has not not leaked since and we have had lots of rain. We are very thankful for a professional team.
