So far, I am very pleased. I spoke with Steven on the phone about fixing a leak under my kitchen sink. I explained that I was already having issues with several other companies saying they didn't service my area despite being listed in their areas. I just had another company that was scheduled for today call me and say they didn't do work where I live and they would be charging me more for their trip when I was told over the weekend they did do service and was not told about the extra charge. I decided to call Perkins at that point. Steven was very polite and had no problem coming to my house without an extra charge (thankfully they are about as close as you can get to my house). So far, Perkins is going to cost me around half of what the other guys were just to get here. I'm looking forward to doing business with Steven and Perkins.
Steven Re-plumbed my well House. Prompt on his scheduled time for the service. Quick with his work. Very friendly and courteous. About three days later a drip leak occurred at one of the connections. Got in touch with Steven and he returned that day and tightened the connection and stopped the drip. Very efficient and will use his services again if needed.
Picked them due to great reviews and no regrets! He was on time, friendly, and fixed 3 issues. Also thought the pricing was fair. I will be using them again!
