I worked with Tyler and he was always very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. Will definitely use again! They also were pretty clean with the removal of the old roof. Tyler and the Tier 1 team were great! Tyler was able to meet my insurance adjuster on site with minimal notice to assess the damage from hail storms. Tyler and Tier 1 also knew that my roof would need much more work than the adjuster accounted for to get up to code and they worked directly with my insurance which made the process seamless!
