Service from the technicians is exceptional. I've made 3 calls though to the office and been told that Carla will call me back. I'm due a refund from a prepayment. Still haven't gotten a call back.
Gotta give 5 stars. They came on short notice and fixed my compressor capacitor. I didn’t have time to investigate it. Did I pay more than if I fixed it myself? Yes, by a lot, but you people don’t realize these guys do this for a living so you’re paying for experience, speed, and convenience. If the price is too high, fix it yourself, but if you had you wouldn’t be calling someone else. Lol. I’ve had 2 experiences them. Both good.
Richard from A1 came out today and addressed an issue with our heater. He quickly diagnosed the problem and luckily he had the spare parts in his truck. He was prompt/professional and very knowledgeable. Felt very lucky to get him as a technician. He had good social skills too. Easy to talk to. Overall a great experience. Thank you Rick!
