I had a unique and difficult issue that required a lot of care and work. I called every AC company in the area and only one was able to resolve the issue and also treat me like a person and not a wallet. Americare Heat and Air is amazing and the kind of company that I want to work with. Kenneth and Tanner both went above and beyond. They're trustworthy, reliable and very experienced. I decided to call Americare Heat & Air because they had such great reviews. They lived up to it. When I called, they were kind and patient and worked with my busy schedule to make sure an appointment could be scheduled asap. When they got here, Ken and Tanner were professional and friendly. I get really stressed and overwhelmed when it comes to house repairs and maintenance, so thank you both for making this a good and stress free experience. Americare Heat & Air will be my go to.
Until ken came! We wasn’t a expect who is bright and greeting us to get these a/c fix! (Keep that mind it was hot outside) We aren’t sure if it will solve until he shows and explain the problem. The processes are get rapidly delivery and fixed in follow day (cuz we live renter). He did take care as ensure other employees are take care the ac as promised get fixed to colder temperatures cuz mind that outside was over 100! Now we are happy have home cooler air, again.
