My A/C unit went out in his heatwave but I called on a Saturday and he was out within the hour and quickly fixed the problem! Very friendly and professional service and I highly recommend. It's so easy to feel overwhelmed and worried if the person you called is going to be fair but Ken with Americare heat & air was a great choice! Service: A/C system repair
I decided to call Americare Heat & Air because they had such great reviews. They lived up to it. When I called, they were kind and patient and worked with my busy schedule to make sure an appointment could be scheduled asap. When they got here, Ken and Tanner were professional and friendly. I get really stressed and overwhelmed when it comes to house repairs and maintenance, so thank you both for making this a good and stress free experience. Americare Heat & Air will be my go to.
We called Ken @ 10pm when we realized we weren't getting any cooling from our AC. He would have come out right away, but had a flat on his service truck. We actually hadn't expected anyone to be able to come until the next day, and he came first thing the next morning. Friendly, professional, had us up and running in half an hour. His rate & parts were very reasonable. He shared some advice regarding filters and where to get them for a good price. Couldn't have been more pleased. I'd highly recommend him.
