Bo came to our house and installed an 240 volt EV outlet in our garage and also changed out an LED fixture (no bulb, just fixture) above a staircase. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly troubleshoot concerns for us and explain his rationale for location, etc. He’s been an electrician for 18 years! Outstanding service. Working with Norman Heat and Air was so pleasant! From intake with Trish to the actual repair with Dalton, they both were extremely professional and genuinely kind. Dalton repaired our hot water faucet quickly and took the time to make sure the repair would last as long as possible, with a level of expertise I wasn't expecting. 10/10, I would hire them again and request Dalton.
