Air went out on the recent 104 degree day. OF came out and worked until the issue was resolved. I have never had a company work so hard. They really are Oklahoma’s Finest.
I am. It sure if it is Home Creations at fault or the company, but our new home’s unit doesn’t work. We first mentioned it to Warranty with HC in early fall, was told they would come back for a dye test, now in July when our unit runs non-stop to stay below 80 degrees in our “energy efficient” home my electric bill is higher than its ever been in the 20 summers I’ve spent in Oklahoma.
Came home from vacation to no AC and 98 degree in the house. 24 hour service great response. They came out Within 30 min. They were unable to fix that evening but we’re back first thing in the morning after finding the part. Got my AC up and running. ( side note: my elderly mother was visiting so they absolutely did there best to get us taken care of first thing) . Service: A/C system repair
