After a major hail storm in April of 2021 I contacted my insurance agent to get their advice on how to proceed. I was advised to contact a roofer and find out the extent of the damage. I contacted Scissor Tail Roofing and Construction and advised them I needed a roof inspection and that two of my roof vent covers had been blow off my roof. With in a couple of hours two men responded and replaced the roof vent. Caleb was my project manager and he inspected my roof and other storm related damage. Caleb said he would be glad to meet with the insurance adjuster if I wanted him too which was a great benefit. He was able to point out some damage the adjuster missed. My roof was installed within a few weeks, new gutters were hung and painting to fix chipped paint. Caleb did a great job keeping me informed throughout the process.
