STAY AWAY! They are unable to properly identify issues with AC, the techs will pass the problem to the next guy since it will never be the same person working on your system. They caused damage to my home and refuse to take liability for it due to their inability to properly install AC components. If an error occurs they will shift the blame to you or your insurance. When finishing work they will treat your home as a trash can and leave their discarded materials just out of eye sight.

Got a call back almost immediately when I put a service request in through my home warranty co. Tech was out in less than 2 days. He was very professional and took time to explain everything that was going on with my a/c. Definitely recommend this company.

My Central AC unit had stopped blowing cold and it was diagnosed with have zero refrigerant in it. Jacob Horn was extremely thorough on working through a logical process of diagnosing where the leak was (condenser coil). He is very proficient in his trade. He has amazing customer service skills and was able to answer any question I asked. He was able to explain it in terms that anyone could understand. Overall it was a great experience and the issue was resolved. On a side note: The home warranty company on the other hand is a different story. If you have something bad to say about this company, it most likely isn’t their fault. They can only perform what the home warranty company will approve. So before directing your frustration at the office staff and technicians, look a little closer at how the process works with your home warranty company. You might realize your blame has been misplaced. 5 stars, highly recommend this company and Jacob Horn. Keep up the great work guys!
