DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I have called to schedule a time for a tech to come out and provide me an estimate 3 times and spoke to 2 different people. Each time I gave my phone number and was told I would receive a call back, but was never called. I even elected to have them text me back, but never received that. They do not put forth any effort to call me back, so it must mean that they do not want my business!
I have used Basey’s Roofing for many roof replacements. My experience has always been positive. I find them to be knowlegeable, helpful, and efficient. Always responsive to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Basey’s Roofing.
