I worked with Michael Hledik for the inspection and all the way through to completion of my roof replacement. He was incredibly easy to work with. I stay busy and he accommodated my schedule and my preferred method of communication. We were able to complete everything by text message and email. He was honest about the extent of my hail damage and let me know that my roof could be repaired without replacement, although I chose to go with replacement. He guided me through the necessary decisions about upgrading my attic ventilation. He got my roof replacement on the schedule quickly and it was completed quickly. We used Jenco roofing to replace 2 low slope roofs, add proper attic venting installation, bathroom vent in the roof, and sealing coats on another low slope roof. Buddy Leake came out each time to explain what needed to be fixed and provide estimates for each options. He sent pictures and quotes for attic venting options. Lorenzo was excellent at supervising each project and was always present when I had questions. He showed me materials to better explain how things were being completed. He was up on the roof, in the attic, and provided detailed pictures to me so I can see the completed work. He made sure everything was done correctly. Lorenzo and Buddy are both kind, knowledgeable about all roofing/venting options and explained everything very well. The jobs were completed well and in a timely manner.
