Contacted Martell Heating & Air on Tuesday and they arrived on Thursday as scheduled. Technicians came to the door, introduced themselves, and went straight to work. With attention to detail and quality service, our AC is working much more effectively. The process of service was was described in great detail with helpful tips to prevent future issues. Our aging HVAC system finally gave out a few days before Christmas. After researching and asking around, we contacted Martell and I promptly received a response from Mike. After he attempted to help us with one last ditch effort at repair, it was determined that our best and ultimately most economical option would be to replace the entire system. Even with the holiday season, Mike and his team were able to get everything in place and installed within a week. From first contact to follow-ups to help us make sure things were running correctly, we have been most impressed by the professionalism, quality, and value of the service received from Mike and the Martell Heat and Air team.
