Our AC went out again for the 2nd time in less than a month. I was extremely surprised our landlords sent out an actual company. Clay called me and tried to squeeze me into their schedule as quick as he could. I told him we have a newborn and asked if he could get us in as soon as possible. He called me back a few minutes later and said he had a client willing to switch times with us and was at my house in 30 minutes! He was so very kind and actually fixed our AC. Clayton spent time showing me the exact problem with my unit's heat exchanger and how it was cracked. When I decided to get a new unit, their guys were very professional during the installation and Clayton talked me through the new unit's programmable thermostat's functions.

I can't say enough good about this company. They are down to earth, communicative, affordable, and honest people. You really cannot ask for more. Family business, online billing and payment, call before they come so that you don't have to sit home all day and wait. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants quality service for a reasonable price.
