I made the appointment late Sunday night and the tech was here by a little after 0930 Monday morning. Chris B arrived, introduced himself, and got right to it. He quickly trouble shot the system and found a defective breaker and arcing within the breaker box. He procured replacements for both. Utilizing sound removal and replacement techniques, he had the defective parts replaced and the system restored to full operation quickly. He performed a complete system check thereby verifying system integrity and ensuring that there were no additional problems with the system. Outstanding technician, great interpersonal skills. I will definitely keep you guys on speed dial and refer you to others. Thank you!

Chris B was very nice. He did his job. For him 5 stars. I have not used the business. Quote seemed high for installation fee. I Can Not afford it.
