My air-conditioning unit stopped working in over 100 degree temps.Smith brothers came out promptly, checked the unit, unable to fix due to age of the unit. Came out the next day after I told them I wanted to replace it. Will always use them.

15 minutes from first calling we had a group at our house. They were able to service one unit and offer a few options for the other. The previous company we had out offered no solution and told us they would not be able to do any repairs. It was nice feeling like we had more than one course of action. We still decided to replace the unit and within a few days of ordering they were here, and had it installed. We were very happy with everything!
