Austin trained me and I am looking forward to continuing with the company. It more down to earth and friendly than other places i have worked at.

I originally called just for a roof inspection. The guy showed up right on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He let me know that I did have some small roof damage and explained that it wasn’t something I needed to get on right away but it’s a simple fix whenever I am ready. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed onto the service which I really appreciate being a single mother with a lot going on. I believe his name was Questin. Wonderful guy. Vertical Solutions did our roof , gutters and washed and stained our fence. All workers did a remarkable professional job . We were a little reluctant at first because they were not local. Preston Brock, the co rep convinced us and we are so glad he did He worked with our insurance co and handled all details from start to finish. He was always available to promptly answer our concerns . We are very pleased and highly recommend this company.
