UPDATE: Yates reached out following this review to resolve the issues. After missing their first appointment to fix the warped railing, they came the next day and did indeed fix it. Ultimately, I'm happy with the result, but the process was slow and tedious. I contacted Yates in February about fixing a leaky roof under an upstairs balcony and installing railing. No one came to do an initial inspection until March. I didn't have an initial quote until April. I didn't get a contract until May. All the while, the roof is still leaking. I had long before let my contact with Yates know that I would be out of town for almost the entire month of June for work, so I needed this to move forward. When I was finally ready to just cut my losses and move on, they came to do the work the day before I left town, and the entire project wasn't finished until after I was already out of town.
