We had our system go down in the middle of July. Total Comfort was willing to come out on short notice and on that same day, which is awesome, kind of rare these days, and badly needed when its 101F outside! The technician, Loc, was excellent. Professional, cordial, and very quickly identified and fixed our problems. And we were not overcharged. The cost, including a replacment motor and capacitor was less than I expected. Overall, I cannot rave enough about how impressed I am with their service. Honestly, please give Loc a raise! I would recommend TCS anyday and I don't give 5 star reviews often. The compressor on our AC unit was about to go out. It was old and the unit ran with freon that wasn't even used anymore. I didn't want to get caught in the middle of summer with no AC so I starting looking for Heating and Air companies. I got five different estimates on replacing the HVAC unit. I was given several quotes, one started at $20,000 to replace the whole system. I called Total Comfort Solutions and Troy came out the next day. He looked at the existing system and said that since the heating part was pretty new, he recommended that the compressor and coils be replaced, there was no need to replace everything. Saved me lots of money!!! Within a few days, installation began! The technician worked all the way until 7:30 pm. making sure it was installed correctly. He also cleaned up everything before he left.
