Karen is the office manager that takes care of all the appointments and she is a sweetheart. She's always kind and calls from her are like talking to a friend. She represents this company so well. Really can't say enough good things about them. We had a massive leak and ended up having to replace both the AC unit and furnace. Quoted them against Airco, and Air Assurance and Cartwright was significantly better. They were easy to work with, provided updates on timing, and got us up in running in the middle of July.
