Please read other 1 star reviews as well. Google shows this address in Sapulpa, but their invoices say Bristow...however the phone# is the same so I am sure its the same company. John Hudgins Plumbing was supposed to come out here, find, & repair a leak that was flooding my kitchen that I noticed on 5/8/23. They were sent by my home warranty company. After 4 visits they said they "found" and "fixed" a slab leak on 6/2/23. They said I would see residual water for about 2 days after they "fixed" it, but it seemed like a lot of water still. After contractor estimates for my kitchen demo/repair...I was able to pull my cabinets and flooring out and confirmed that it was active water not residual water coming in. Somehow John Hudgins Plumbing are not to liable/to blame for not finding the source the leak...even though that is their job & why I called them out in the first place....to stop the water from flooding my kitchen. Instead they are not wanting to admit they were wrong on where/what

My kid had a yo-yo stuck in the toilet versus them, taking the toilet off and getting the yo-yo out. He just broke it because it was much faster and easier not being honest with me turn around had to go purchase a toilet, and they wanted to double charge me for the toilet so I end up buying a toilet from somewhere else and having them install it with another plumbing company. At first I felt like this was the company to go with via my home warranty. I have an old home with closets and spaces being small spaces. This includes the storage area for a 40 gallon gas water heater. At install of the new 40 gallon gas water heater things went left. The new tank was larger in circumference and was wedged into the space, which kept the door from closing, which was of course not how it's supposed to work. Upon calling the office about the situation, it of course was tried to be put back on me to be out of additional money to widen the space. I felt that if there had been measurements done prior to and communication with the home owner a solution could have been reached prior to some bitter feelings coming into play. In speaking with Jeff and providing pictures, etc., of the bad install job, it helped resolve the matter. I was presented with the option to have a 30 gallon put in. I went with it since realizing this would serve my needs. The install by a more s
