Called in the afternoon. Said they would have someone call me back. Never got a phone call back. Called someone else that happy to come help us. Wouldn't recommend calling.
UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSONSIVE. I had called this place two weeks ago to get my water heater going and they even came into my house to look at it. After confirming 'it shouldn't be too hard' they said they'd be in touch after they contact the city inspector. No response two weeks later after dodging my calls. My mother called them and they pick up the first time and tell her "oh, we just didn't have time to call him back"... Really!? I called you multiple times. Don't bother with responding here either.
