We’ve had problems with both toilets - for each visit, we have had Gregory. He was amazing! punctual, explained to us - and did the fix (and in one case, a replacement) quite We are glad with the results with no follow up issues.
Drew was professional and knowledgeable. He explained that needed to be corrected from a lightning strike we had received. He gave us options and was always timely and responsive.
Our brand new heating system that we installed by Cranny’s approx 6 months ago haulted last night and Matt from Cranny’s arrived out at 11pm to work us. He was courteous, professional, honest and just a nice guy! He explained to my husband and even though it was late, he took his time to make sure my husband understood how our new system worked. Great service! thrilled we didn’t freeze overnight. Thank you!
