Alert Plumbing Heat and Air, LLC

Most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with in my entire life!! I called early Tuesday morning and was told they'd do the job that day. Come 4:00 I call again to see what's going on. Robert (the owner) gives me a number to his tech. I call the tech 4 times, no answer, and no voicemail set up. Finally 30 mins later Charles the tech calls back and says he "just" got the order. Ok, so now he will come out Wed morning. I tell work i will be in late because I have a plumber coming. He shows up 20 mins late. I explain the problem. He says it will be $75/hour and $112.50 an hour thereafter. I say ok, joke with him that it will only take an hour, right?? and sign his sheet. I go back to folding my laundry. He is here 5 mins and leaves. Not saying a word. I assumed he went to his truck for a part. An hour later I look outside to see his truck gone. I figure now he went to the shop or home depot or something. I wait a while longer and decide to call Robert (owner) I ask where

We had to replace our main sewer line last week. Gerred's plumbing came out and started the job right away and got it done quickly as possible at a reasonable price. We will be using them again when needed.

They went out to repair my hot water heater. Guy did the repair. While doing that repair he saw there was a small leak, but did not repair it. Two days later it turned into a big leak, they went back out and charged me another 75.00 service call. Guy admitted to me on the phone that he saw it but did not think it was bad or a big deal so he did not repair it. i called the owner Robert the same day and it was to not be charged but the owner never called back. i have continued to call the owner several times and he never returns my calls. Guy returned my call because the owner told him to and he was rude about it. i am disputing the charge on my card. He should have repaired the leak when he saw it but he knew he would get another call over it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE SERVICE
