Arrowhead Roofing

Well I called them because I had a leaky roof after a heavy rain... She had who answered the phone said she would get ahold of someone to contact me asap. I'm still waiting for a call from them. No one ever called me back... I called someone else the next day and they came out that same day. I can't rate arrowhead because they didn't do any work. But I can take their customer service... ZERO

My brother is a claims adjuster for a big insurance company and regularly works with roofing companies. On his shortlist was Arrowhead. I called a handful of companies on a Saturday after my roof was damaged by heavy winds, but most were closed. Only Arrowhead answered and they were available to perform the inspection the same day! Andy came out and gave me what seemed to be a great price to patch up my roof. I asked about the cost of an entire roof replacement but he advised I wait after inspecting the roof even though it would have meant more business. Their work crew then showed up two days later and did a fantastic job. Responsive, honest and friendly. I am very happy with my decision to use Arrowhead for my roofing needs. We had Hail damage to our roof. I had several roofers come and give estimates and they refused as they wanted to deal with insurance directly without giving us a price. I contacted Arrowhead Roofing and had an individual named Andy come out. Andy gave me estimate with no problem. Great price, they where very punctual and kept us informed as well did a great job.
