We have used Aspen Electric a few times, and they did a great job until we got them to wire our pool equipment. We informed them that the pool has not been used in over eight years. Chris used the existing outdoor conduit and wiring. Rain got into our brand new pool equipment after a few months and the circuit board fried. Chris came back, put some plumber’s putty in the junction box and told us to put some caulk on the old conduit connectors. We told them we are not confident that there will not be any water intrusion in the future. Aspen Electric sent us a new quote to redo the work and offered a $100 discount.

I called monday they said theyd be out today for a free estimate the guy said it was almost a 100 year old house and it probably needed to be totally redone and itd cost me between 16k and 20k which ive had one redone for approx 3k before in the last 2 years when i said that his tune changed and he said hed be out to evaluate i refused service at that point but now have to wait another few days with same issue for another company
