Excellent Exterior Maintenance | Pressure Wash, Parking Lot Striping, Gutter, And Window Cleaning

I’ve never ever been one to write a negative review on a business but I’d love nothing more than to write one for this business. I called Josh about a fence that was leaning I sent photos and he assured me he could fix the fence. He came out and “fixed” it for $250 on 8/31 only for the fence to lean again in the exact same spot he fixed not even a month and a half later!! After “fixing” the fence he assured me the fence was good as new. I texted and called him multiple times with no response at all. I don’t expect anything for free but at the very least you could access the problem that you didn’t fix!! I do not recommend him unless you want to waste your money!!!

Very nice and polite and friendly Update So the first time that I met with (Josh ) exterior maintenance was about two weeks ago because my garage door lift thingy had completely came apart. End up being an emergency call he came out the same evening and fix it write up . He was very nice and polite and professional. He also let me know that if anything happens to give him a call. Well wasn’t expecting to have to give him a call a second time, but I did my garage thing was coming loose again. I got in touch with (Josh) exterior and he was able to make it out to my house in a timely manner . And I appreciate that so much he was able to fix it even better. Thank you so much. Excellent customer service! Such a pleasant experience! We were very nervous about the condition of the gutters on our new house. Joshua took the time to explain all his findings, send us pictures and educate us on our new home. And above all of that incredible work his pricing was amazing! Highly recommend and will be contacting them for more work in the future!
