When I dropped something on the faucet of our new water heater, it broke and flooded our garage. I was devastated and thought I had to get a new one. Nolan saved our new water heater, fixed and was professional. He even did some courtesy task while he was waiting for the heater to fill again. He also showed me some tips and tricks to maintain the heater. It was a bit pricey, but the service and professionalism was worth it! Our furnace stopped working yesterday. By noontime today our furnace was corrected and cleaned and the building was warm and toasty. The serviceman, Samuel Moore, was and explained everything up front including the cost, and did an great job.
